Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Finance Technology (O2C & Finance Integration) for DePuy Synthes. The role drives strategy, delivery and support of SAP-based Order-to-Cash and finance workflows, partnering with Finance, Sales and IT.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in ERP systems with O2C focus, SAP ECC/S4 experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Finance or related field.
• Strong experience with SAP SD and O2C processes.
• Proven ERP and finance integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, delivery and support of O2C and finance integrations.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and IT.
• Lead SAP SD / O2C capabilities and ERP integrations.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for ERP projects.
• Manage strategic technology partners and vendors.
