Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P) to drive strategy, delivery, and support of SAP-enabled finance processes. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and automated solutions.

The role requires hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA Finance experience, strong governance and SOX controls, and collaboration across a global business. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP with focus on A2R/P2P.
• Experience in SAP Finance capabilities: GL, Close, Consolidation, Intercompany, Fixed Assets.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX, audit requirements, security, and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP A2R and P2P product areas with defined requirements and specs.
• Translate roadmap features into user stories and acceptance criteria for FI/CO and related modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
