Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a Finance Data & Systems Manager to own the financial systems landscape, including NetSuite administration and data governance. You will drive automation, data reliability, and cross-system workflows in a fast-paced FinOps environment.

You will lead integrations with Zone Billing, ERP, CPQ, and related platforms, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, and Engineering to scale finance operations with strong governance and measurable AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in financial systems, finance ops, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on ERP administration experience, NetSuite preferred, with external support for development.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and data quality controls.
• Experience with integration/automation tools (Workato or similar).
• Proven AI-enabled workflow design and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, and governance.
• Manage Zone Billing and related billing processes.
• Maintain middleware integrations (Workato) for reliable data flow.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations for FinOps initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity across cross-functional systems and reporting.
