Job summary

AlertMedia in Austin, TX is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to own the FinOps systems landscape, including NetSuite administration, Zone Billing, and middleware integrations.

You will lead end-to-end FinOps system implementations, ensure data integrity, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, Legal, and Engineering to scale operations.

This role emphasizes automation and governance with a hybrid schedule at our downtown Austin headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or engineering.
• 5+ years in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on ERP administration with NetSuite preferred; configuration and development supported by partners.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data-quality controls.
• Experience with integration/automation tools (Workato or similar).
• Proven experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation in a finance context.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary NetSuite administrator including configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, and governance.
• Manage relationships with Finance tech vendors and implementation partners; oversee testing and delivery.
• Administer Zone Billing and related billing processes.
• Maintain middleware integrations (Workato) ensuring accurate data flow across systems.
• Lead cross-department data integrity efforts and governance for finance systems.
• Document controls and governance across the finance systems environment.
