Our client, a high-growth FinTech company, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to own the NetSuite and Concur environments. This systems-first role requires a true NetSuite super-user who enjoys technology, process improvement, and exploring AI enhancements in finance.

You will configure and administer NetSuite, manage reporting, saved searches, workflows, and access; administer T&E in Concur; assist with month-end close and intercompany activity; partner with Accounting, Finance, IT on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4-8 years of experience with financial systems and accounting.
• NetSuite super-user with configuration/admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and system owner for NetSuite and Concur across the finance function.
• Administer NetSuite including reporting, saved searches, workflows, and user access.
• Explore NetSuite AI capabilities and other AI-enabled finance tools to boost efficiency.
• Own T&E administration in Concur, including testing and reporting.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity.
• Document results and keep system records audit-ready.
