Key Responsibilities

• AlertMedia is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join the Finance and Accounting team. This role sits within the Finance Operations (FinOps) function as the strategic owner of the financial systems ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will focus on finance data operations, automation, and systems integrations.
• This is more than a traditional ERP administrator role. You will administer and enhance NetSuite, support Zone Billing, manage middleware integrations (Workato), and ensure data flows seamlessly across systems that impact FinOps. You will lead full lifecycle implementations for FinOps-owned back-office initiatives, partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Engineering. You will also own hands-on data movement, reconciliation, cross-system workflows, reporting, and process support.
• Beyond system administration, you will act as a strategic operator—analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proactively designing scalable, system-driven solutions that improve reliability, insight, and operational maturity.
• Success in this role will be measured by your ability to improve cross-system connectivity, elevate process automation, strengthen governance, and enable Finance Operations to scale with the business.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, Zone Billing, Dealhub, or similar business systems are preferred.
• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business is helpful.
• Location: Strong preference for candidates located in Austin, Texas to work a hybrid (2 days a week) in our downtown headquarters.
