Job summary

AlertMedia, Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to lead the FinOps-driven finance technology stack, including NetSuite, Zone Billing, and middleware like Workato.

You will own data movement, governance, cross-system workflows, and system integrations, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Ops, Legal, and Engineering to drive scalable, automated solutions. The role emphasizes strategic operation, process improvement, and measurable AI/automation impact within a fast-moving SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on experience administering ERP platforms, NetSuite preferred; external partners assist advanced config.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary NetSuite administrator: configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, governance.
• Own relations with Finance tech vendors and implementation partners; oversee testing and delivery.
• Administer Zone Billing and related billing processes.
• Manage middleware integrations (Workato) to ensure data flow across systems.
• Partner with system owners to ensure data integrity and aligned reporting metrics.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and governance across finance systems.
