Job summary

You will lead end-to-end implementations for FinOps initiatives, focusing on governance, scalability, and reliability, while translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zone Billing.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business is helpful.
• Location preferred in Austin, TX with hybrid work option.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial systems ecosystem and administer NetSuite, Zone Billing, and middleware integrations.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations for FinOps back-office initiatives and ensure data flows across systems.
• Improve cross-system connectivity, automate processes, and strengthen governance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Legal, and Engineering.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable system-driven solutions.
