Job summary

Cohere, a security‑first enterprise AI company, seeks a senior finance systems leader to own NetSuite ERP and drive automation across O2C, P2P, and other financial processes. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Engineering to implement scalable, secure ERP solutions.

You have 7+ years of NetSuite experience, strong knowledge of end-to-end financial workflows, and a track record of using AI/LLM tech to streamline finance operations and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP administration across multiple financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
Experience with end-to-end financial workflows including month-end close and consolidation.
Experience applying AI/LLM technologies to automate finance processes.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle management of NetSuite ERP environment, architecture, configuration, integrations, and roadmap.
Drive end-to-end O2C and P2P process excellence across systems integration.
Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI to replace manual processes.
Establish and maintain controls, data governance, and SOX-compliant processes.
