Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join the Finance Operations team. You will administer NetSuite, support Zone Billing, and own middleware integrations (Workato), driving data integrity and scalable automation across FinOps.

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will lead cross‑functional projects with Accounting, RevOps, Legal, and Engineering, design AI-enabled workflows, and partner to ensure accurate reporting. Hybrid Austin location; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial systems, finance operations, or business systems roles.
• Hands-on experience administering ERP platforms, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and data-quality controls.
• Experience with integration and automation tools (Workato or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite, including configuration, workflows, roles/permissions, and system governance.
• Own relationships with Finance technology vendors and implementation partners, including prioritization, oversight, testing, and delivery.
• Administer and support Zone Billing and related billing processes.
• Manage middleware integrations (Workato) to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
• Partner with system owners across departments to ensure data integrity and alignment of reporting measures.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and governance across the finance systems environment.
• Lead integration projects for FinOps-owned initiatives and ensure billing/revenue workflows.
• Monitor data flows to identify gaps and resolve issues.
