Responsibilities

• Supervise month-end close and general ledger accounting to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate intercompany activity and monthly financial reporting for management.
• Lead external audits and internal control testing across the organization.
• Manage Financial Reporting and Controls processes and related system implementations.
• Mentor staff and develop succession plans within the team.
