Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Financial Reporting and Controls Analyst in Chicago to support the monthly intercompany activity, GL close, and external audits. You will help ensure GAAP compliance and assist in financial reporting for consolidation.

Collaboration with agency staff at all levels is essential, along with process improvements across USMS. The role requires 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SAP/Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience; service industry background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review of balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS/JANUS compliance and close processes.
• Prepare monthly journal entries per JANUS and GAAP.
• Review daily financials during month-end close.
• Assist with external audits and internal controls.
