Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience, service industry background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly intercompany activity and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and P&L for Hyperion reporting.
• Ensure GAAP and JANUS compliance across reporting.
• Assist with external audits and internal control testing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across USMS.
