Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting and Controls to lead the month-end close, manage intercompany activity, and coordinate external audits.

You will ensure GAAP compliance, supervise staff, and partner with FP&A, Client Reporting, and Job Management to implement process improvements across US Marketing Services. A CPA and 7–10 years in a related role are preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years relevant work experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• 2+ years direct managerial experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and JANUS policies.
• Lead external audits and internal audits.
• Oversee intercompany A/R and Payables processing.
• Develop process improvements across US Marketing Services.
• Train and mentor staff.
