Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Financial Reporting & Controls Analyst to help coordinate monthly intercompany activity and month-end close. The role ensures GAAP compliance, supports external audits, and drives process improvements within the Finance team.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus) and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/Word skills. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is preferred. DEADLINE: 10/20/2026

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
• 1-2 years relevant experience; service industry background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure GAAP/JANUS compliance.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Assist with monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reporting for Hyperion.
• Support external audits and internal control testing.
• Identify process improvements across USMS Finance organization.
