Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee Financial Reporting and Controls within the US Marketing Services group in Earth City, MO. You will supervise the month-end close, GL reconciliations, and intercompany activity, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate external reporting.

You'll lead audits with EY and internal teams, mentor staff, and drive process improvements across the finance organization. A CPA and 7–10 years of experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years relevant work experience with preference for service industry.
• 2+ years direct managerial experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations as prepared Re:Sources.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, JANUS and Agency Finance Policies.
• Manage month end close process and ensure journal entries are complete with documentation.
• Lead external EY audits for Year-End, hard closes and revenue testing.
• Oversee intercompany A/R and Payables processing and resolve reconciling items.
• Train and mentor staff; drive process improvements across finance.
