Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Manager in Financial Reporting and Controls to oversee month-end close, intercompany activity and external audits. You will supervise staff (onshore and offshore) and ensure GAAP compliance and JANUS policies, partnering with agency teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading the general ledger, monthly P&L and balance sheet preparation for Hyperion, and coordinating EY audits while identifying process improvements and staff development

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 7–10 years in service industry background; 2+ years managing people
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead external EY audits for Year-End, hard closes and revenue testing
• Supervise monthly Balance Sheet and P&L preparation in Hyperion format
• Ensure GAAP, IFRS, JANUS and agency finance policies are followed
• Manage intercompany A/R and Payables processes and reconciliations
• Identify process improvements and mentor staff to drive efficiency
