Job summary

Amplēo is seeking a high-impact Partner, Finance to lead the growth of its finance practice across targeted markets. You will open new engagements, build a trusted advisory relationship with executives, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients.

The role focuses on developing a vertical with deep industry credibility and driving long-term growth within a platform enabling fractional CFO and advisory services. Strong local networks and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, consulting, business advisory, or executive leadership.
• Proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition within professional services.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with owners, executives, and board members.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new finance and advisory engagements.
• Build and grow a specialized industry practice based on personal expertise and market credibility.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic relationships that generate recurring opportunities.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for client accounts.
• Provide high-level financial guidance while collaborating with delivery teams for execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships with Amplēo services.
• Represent Amplēo at industry events and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and client success.
• Contribute market insights to service development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accountability for revenue goals, pipeline development, and client retention.
