Amplēo seeks a high-impact Partner, Finance to lead the finance practice in their market. This senior sales and client‑leadership role focuses on opening doors, closing engagements, and establishing the firm as the go‑to finance advisor.

The Partner will cultivate executive relationships, develop a vertical, and collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to drive growth and client success across top markets.

• Identify, develop, and close new finance and advisory engagements.
• Build and grow a specialized industry practice based on personal expertise and market credibility.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for client accounts.
• Provide high-level financial and strategic guidance while collaborating with delivery teams responsible for day-to-day execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Amplēo service offerings.
• Represent Amplēo at industry events, networking functions, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and client success.
• Contribute market insights to support service development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accountability for revenue goals, pipeline development, and client retention.
