Joko is seeking a Finance Manager for Finance Operations (Financial Control & Accounting). You will own the reliability and timeliness of financial data, set standards, and drive calendars. You will partner with a BizOps ally to automate processes and support IPO readiness as we scale internationally.

You will report to the COO and help build a robust, compliant accounting backbone across entities and markets, applying AI-enabled automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years in accounting or audit (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Master's degree from a top business school; accounting double degree is a plus.
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and treasury fundamentals.
• IFRS exposure and multi-entity/multi-country accounting experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly and annual closing calendar and coordinate with external partners.
• Ensure P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows are accurate and timely.
• Oversee end-to-end AP/AR processes and collections.
• Lead international accounting build-out as new entities/markets open.
• Manage cash, treasury operations, and partnerships with auditors.
