Job summary

Joko is building an AI-powered shopping assistant and is scaling globally with a US focus. We seek an Operations Manager to own a vertical (Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team) and drive scalable, tech-enabled improvements across business operations.

You will tackle complex challenges, lead high-impact projects, and collaborate with small, autonomous teams to push growth while maintaining efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or similar
• Problem solving with structured thinking
• Bias for action and ability to own cross-functional projects
• Tech-enabled methods to improve processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Redesign revenue/CRM processes to drive conversion and data visibility
• Automate workflows and internal tooling for scale
• Own one or more operational scopes (Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing or Team)
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from A to Z
