Job summary

Dandy seeks an accomplished accounting and treasury leader to own the global finance function as the company scales toward IPO. You will drive close, reporting, and consolidation, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead SOX/compliance across international entities.

You’ll build a scalable accounting organization, manage cost accounting for labs and manufacturing, and oversee systems like NetSuite while advancing automation and data governance for a fast-growing hardware-plus-software

Qualifications

• 12+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth, multi-entity company.
• Big 4 audit background.
• Hands-on IPO readiness experience (SOX, SEC reporting, quarterly close).
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware+services with inventory/costing.
• Track record building scalable accounting systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting: close, consolidation, reconciliation.
• Lead transition to quarterly reporting; deliver SEC-ready disclosures.
• Be primary accounting partner for international expansion across Europe, LATAM, APAC.
• Oversee cost accounting for labs, inventory, and assets; drive margin insights for leadership.
• Own accounting systems roadmap (NetSuite) and automate manual processes.
