Dandy is seeking a senior accounting leader to own our global Accounting and Treasury function as we expand internationally and prepare for IPO. You will build and scale a high-impact team, drive SOX readiness, SEC reporting, and multi-entity consolidation across US, Europe, LATAM and APAC, partnering with Tax, FP&A and Operations.

Experts in NetSuite, modern financial systems and automation will help replace manual processes with auditable, data-driven workflows while guiding the company

Qualificações

• 12+ years of accounting experience with senior leadership in a high-growth, complex company.
• Big 4 audit background.
• Hands-on IPO readiness: SOX, SEC reporting, quarterly close.
• Experience in manufacturing/supply chain or hardware+services.”
• Proven track record building scalable accounting systems and processes.
• Multi-entity international consolidation including transfer pricing/intercompany/FX.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end financial reporting: close, consolidation, and reconciliations; reduce close from 7+ days to 3–4 days.
• Lead quarterly reporting and SEC disclosures; maintain close standards across the team.
• Oversee SOX readiness and internal controls; partner with Tax and FP&A for data integrity.
• Drive global expansion with international consolidation; support treasury and multi-currency AP/payments.
