Job summary

Joko is seeking an Operations Manager to own critical cashback processing workflows and ensure reliable monetization across affiliate tracking, coupons, and merchant integrations. You will analyze data, design scalable processes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to deliver robust solutions.

You’ll build dashboards to monitor transaction health, define merchant setups, and drive AI-assisted improvements while managing outsourced resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, product, or a technical/data-driven environment.
• Ability to leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and move faster.
• Systems thinking: monitoring, detection, investigation, resolution, prevention.
• Comfort with a technical environment—tracking, APIs, integrations, and collaboration with Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and build dashboards to monitor health of the system.
• Design the merchant onboarding and cashback governance processes.
• Solve problems with technology or outsourcing, including AI or internal tools like Retool.
• Manage outsourced resources and ensure quality across tasks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams.
