As Manager, Solution Delivery, you will shape Controllership / Record-to-Report solutions for Energy, Resources & Industrials, lead mobilization and delivery, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, or finance operations.
• Energy, Resources & Industrials industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements
