Job summary

The University of Florida seeks a Fiscal Assistant II - OPS to manage a broad range of financial tasks on a fast-paced campus environment. This temp full-time position supports disbursement services, payroll cycles, and transaction processing while upholding university policies and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include researching and resolving transaction issues, coordinating with Accounts Payable, and contributing to the launch of the Research Participant Payment Program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of general accounts transaction experience are required or substitution via college coursework/training.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of fiscal transactions including ACH processing, wire transfers, payroll cycles, and exception handling.
• Research, analyze, and resolve transaction-related issues; interpret policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on audit recovery efforts; support the Research Participant Payment Program launch.
