Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Operate team seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery to grow Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services for Life Sciences & Health Care. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and lead mobilization and delivery.

This role blends accounting expertise, managed services delivery, and strong leadership. Travel up to 50% is required; CPA is a plus; experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or related fields.
• 6+ years in managed services or outsourced delivery.
• 6+ years in Life Sciences & Health Care industry or clients.
• Ability to travel ~50% and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / R2R in Life Sciences & Health Care.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage deal flow, pipeline visibility, qualification, and handoffs to mobilization and delivery teams.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization, governance setup, transition planning, service management, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and tech enablement across engagements.
• Mentor and provide clear guidance to others.
