Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery in the Finance Operate practice to grow the Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services offering for Life Sciences & Health Care. You will shape solutions, support sales pursuits, and lead mobilization and delivery excellence.

The role requires accounting domain expertise, managed services experience, and strong client leadership with the ability to mentor others and work in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience in finance operating model transformation and managed services is preferred.
• Experience with ERP platforms and finance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Life Sciences & Health Care Industry.
• Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow for the Life Sciences & Health Care sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
