Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery in its Finance Operate practice. You will help grow the Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services offering for Life Sciences & Health Care, shaping client solutions and supporting mobilization and delivery excellence.

The role blends accounting expertise with managed services, industry knowledge, and strong client leadership. Domestic and international collaboration is common, with a focus on delivering scalable finance transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years of experience within Life Sciences & Health Care Industry or with Life Sciences & Health Care clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / R2R opportunities within Life Sciences & Health Care.
• Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow for Life Sciences & Health Care, including pipeline visibility and prioritization.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup and transition planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
• Mentor and provide clear guidance to others.
