Job summary

Boston Aesthetics, based in Irvine, CA, seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to be the first in-house finance resource. 40% accounting, 60% business partnering with sales, operations and leadership to optimize pricing, inventory and revenue recognition.

The ideal candidate is an agile generalist with the ability to build financial infrastructure from the ground up and influence critical business decisions in a fast-growing medical device distribution company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent
• 5+ years progressive accounting/financial analysis experience
• Experience in medical device/healthcare distribution preferred
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required for local/global alignment

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close, GL maintenance, journal entries.
• Manage AP, AR, cash flow, collections, and reconciliations.
• Lead pricing/margin analysis and profitability modeling.
• Design processes for inventory, order-to-cash, and financial controls.
