Job summary

ELEMIS is seeking a Finance Manager to support the growth of our US business. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you will lead budgeting, reforecasting, and month-end close activities, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve P&L performance.

You will own US revenue forecasting, develop financial models, and produce management reporting for senior leadership. This hybrid NYC-based role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration.
• FP&A or commercial finance experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Experience owning a regional P&L and leading budget/reforecast cycles.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/BI tools; AI tools a plus.
• Executive presence and ability to communicate financial information to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with autonomy.
• Strong analytical skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L and explain variances to senior management.
• Own US revenue forecasting and budget/reforecast cycles.
• Lead month-end close activities with US Commercial teams.
• Develop financial models and executive presentations.
• Monitor spend governance and cost pressures across US teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations for financial reviews.
• Improve finance processes and increase AI usage.
