AbbVie in Irvine seeks a senior Finance leader to head the US Skincare (SkinMedica, Diamond Glow, Latisse) finance team. You will own forecast models, drive revenue projections across planning cycles, and manage P&L, ensuring solid financial controls and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, GCD, and Global Operations to provide strategic financial insights, oversee SG&A and CAPEX, and support executive decision-making with robust analysis and compelling

Qualificações

• 8+ years of combined experience in Commercial Finance, P&L management, revenue forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Leadership skills and the ability to direct efforts to achieve answers and results.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the US Skincare Finance team including managing direct reports, coaching and people development.
• Lead P&L management and demand/revenue forecasting for US Skincare.
• Own and improve driver-based forecasting models for US Skincare across all planning cycles.
• Drive skincare projects to achieve commercial objectives and financial controls.
• Translate complex financial insights into clear executive narratives with compliant documentation.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts for upcoming assets to support launch planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand forecasts.
