Job summary

Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role you will structure deals, present F&I products, and manage loan origination while maintaining lender relationships.

The position offers a strong pay plan with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation and holidays. We value a proactive, energetic team player with knowledge of ERA-Ignite or Dealertrack and solid reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring deals and closing product sales.
• Monitor the F&I sales process to maximize profitability.
• Experience with ERA-Ignite, Dealertrack, and menu presentations/setups.
• Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary products.
• Oversee loan origination and approval while maintaining lender relationships.
• Prepare federal, state and dealer paperwork for accounting.
• Establish and maintain forecasted income, penetration, and CSI scores.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:

• Structuring deals and closing product sales
• Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability
• Must be experienced in ERA-Ignite, Dealertrack, menu presentation/setups
• Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
• Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
