Job summary

Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced Finance/ F&I Manager to structure and finalize retail and lease transactions with precision, driving product penetration and store profitability.

You will engage the sales desk early, present F&I products to Cadillac clients, and secure competitive financing across prime, subprime, lease, and retail. Build a lasting book of business with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven F&I / Finance Manager with a track record of strong PVR and product penetration.
• Established lender relationships with experience across all credit profiles.
• Sharp on F&I compliance and documentation.
• Polished communicator with luxury or high-line experience preferred.
