Jim Coleman Nissan of Silver Spring is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the F&I process and maximize profitability. You will structure deals, present contracts, and manage lender relationships while ensuring accurate paperwork and strong CSI performance.

The role requires expertise with ERA-Ignite and Dealertrack, plus ability to forecast income and deliver regular financial reports within a dealership team that values training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring deals and presenting financing options.
• Experience monitoring F&I sales processes for profitability.
• Experience with ERA-Ignite and Dealertrack systems.
• Ability to present service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products.
• Strong relationships with lenders and subprime lenders.
• Accurate preparation of federal, state, and dealer paperwork.
• Forecasting income, penetration, and CSI scores; reporting.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals and close product sales for financing options.
• Monitor F&I sales process to maximize profitability.
• Present service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products.
• Oversee loan origination and lender relationships.
• Prepare federal, state, and dealer paperwork accurately.
• Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income and CSI scores.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
