Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Knowledge Management Counsel for Finance to own the KM and innovation function, driving adoption and delivering measurable impact across the practice. This senior role collaborates with leadership and partners to shape strategy and oversee projects.

You will develop AI workflows, curate knowledge assets, and guide attorneys on tool selection, with a focus on cross-border finance matters and client value, all within a flexible hybrid US-based schedule.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school.
• Admission to state bar.
• 10+ years’ experience in Finance Law and KM.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan with practice leadership.
• Collaborates with Finance practice group lawyers to solicit ideas and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, and playbooks.
• Advises on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
• Coordinates cross-border Finance projects with international colleagues.
• Delivers KM-focused training for Finance attorneys and clients.
