Job summary

DLA Piper’s Knowledge Management team seeks a senior Finance KM professional to own the strategy, drive AI-enabled innovation, and coordinate cross-border initiatives within the Finance practice.

You will collaborate with partners and practice leaders to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and knowledge asset management, while guiding AI tool adoption and training across offices.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
• 10+ years’ experience in Finance Law with KM and legal practice innovation.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and updates the Finance KM and innovation plan.
• Collaborates with Finance lawyers to capture ideas for AI-enabled solutions.
• Develops Finance-specific AI workflows, prompts, and knowledge resources.
• Advises on AI tool selection for workflows and matter stages.
• Coordinates cross-border Finance projects with international colleagues.
• Delivers KM training for Finance attorneys and clients.
