Ford seeks a Senior Director, HR Business Partner – Finance to act as strategic people leader for global Finance, translating business strategy into workforce plans and leadership continuity across a complex matrix.

This role partners with senior Finance and HR leadership to shape talent strategy, succession priorities, organizational design, and culture initiatives, while driving data-powered decisions and executive coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, with 10+ years in HR leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred; strong executive advisory experience in a global matrix.
• PHR or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership to shape the people strategy and workforce plans.
• Translate business strategy into organizational design, succession priorities, and leadership initiatives.
• Lead enterprise change management and talent programs across regions and functions.
