Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager with financial experience for our multifamily community in Tennessee. You will handle daily financial operations, rent collections, invoicing, reporting, and support resident relations on site.

You should have a high school diploma (college degree a plus), strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and industry software such as YARDI. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software like YARDI or E Site.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily financial transactions for the community, including rent collection and deposits.
• Review and submit vendor invoices for payment.
• Monitor resident balances and delinencies; communicate with residents on balances.
• Process move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests and ensure completion.
• Highlight community features to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
• Act as onsite supervisor in absence of Property Manager.
