Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Project Manager for the Finance BI team to own project monitoring, risks, and blockers, ensuring leadership is kept informed with a clear view of project status. You will coordinate with finance, operations, and data engineering to unblock progress and maintain accurate dashboards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing intake, sprints, and documentation across ITSM and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business (required).
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools; ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day monitoring of the Finance BI project portfolio and ensure timeliness and milestones are tracked.
• Maintain the Project Tracker as the single source of truth with accurate priorities and owners.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership highlighting progress, risks, and decisions needed.
