Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Project Manager for Finance BI to own project monitoring, portfolio visibility, and issue resolution across finance analytics initiatives. The role requires coordinating with finance, operations, and data engineering stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication with leadership.

You will manage requests in ServiceNow, backlogs and sprints in Azure DevOps, and ensure proper documentation in the Data Catalog and process docs.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in project management or business analysis.
• Experience managing Azure DevOps backlogs and sprint plans.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and data governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the Finance BI project portfolio with Azure DevOps.
• Maintain Project Tracker as the single source of truth and provide executive updates.
• Elicit and document clear requirements for Finance BI initiatives and validate delivered solutions.
• Manage request intake, backlog grooming, and sprint planning ahead of commitments.
• Document knowledge assets and ensure data security and governance.
