Job summary

BDO USA in the United States seeks a Project Manager for Finance Business Intelligence to own project monitoring, requirements gathering, and sprint management. You will track the portfolio, surface risks, and coordinate with finance, operations, and data engineering stakeholders to keep initiatives on course.

Responsibilities include managing intake, maintaining DevOps sprints, and ensuring documentation and data governance are up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Finance, Information Systems, or Business recommended.
• 5–8 years in project management, business analysis, or related roles with portfolio monitoring experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools and with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day monitoring of the Finance BI project portfolio; ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and visible.
• Maintain the Project Tracker as the single source of truth; ensure priorities and owners are up to date.
• Provide concise status updates to leadership; surface risks and decisions needed.
• Coordinate with developers, data engineering, finance, and partners to unblock impediments.
• Manage intake, backlogs, and sprints in DevOps; oversee ServiceNow requests and data governance.
• Create and maintain documentation, data catalog, and knowledge repositories.
