Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Project Manager for Finance BI to own project monitoring, portfolio visibility, and risk management across finance, operations, and data engineering. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, track progress, and ensure alignment with leadership.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and finance domain knowledge, with a focus on delivering clear, actionable project updates and preserving data governance through the Data

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in project management or business analysis, with monitoring/reporting on project portfolios.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work-tracking tools is required.
Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow; preferred.
Finance, accounting, or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns day-to-day monitoring of the Finance BI project portfolio, ensuring timelines and milestones are tracked.
Maintains the team’s Project Tracker as the single source of truth.
Provides regular status updates to leadership, highlighting risks and decisions.
Escalates impediments and coordinates with cross-functional partners to unblock delivery.
Manages intake, backlogs, and sprints in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow tickets.
Keeps Data Catalog and documentation up to date; supports knowledge management.
