Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Project Manager for Finance BI to own portfolio monitoring, requirements documentation, and sprint governance. You will coordinate across finance, operations, and data engineering to keep initiatives on track, surface risks, and drive issues to resolution.

Your background includes 5–8 years in PM/BA roles, experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, and familiarity with ITSM like ServiceNow. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience in project management or similar role.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on project portfolios.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar work-tracking tool and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day monitoring of the project portfolio and ensure visibility to stakeholders.
• Maintain the Project Tracker as the single source of truth with accurate timelines and owners.
• Provide regular executive summaries highlighting progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Identify and unblock impediments by coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor dependencies and risks to prevent delivery delays.
• Facilitate collaboration and ensure shared objectives across teams.
• Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.
