Job summary

Hyphenate (formerly Maximor) is hiring a Business Development Representative in New York City to build the outbound engine for the CFO office. You will own a vertical, cold-call finance leaders, and book meetings for Account Executives.

The role offers a $90K base salary plus $50K in annual on-target commission, for a $140K OTE. You will be part of a fast-growing team in a Manhattan office, with coaching from senior sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Earned attention from strangers for a living with a quota-focused role.
• Cold calling is core; you should want it and be able to handle pressure.
• Experience conversing with finance leaders or FP&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound into a market vertical of $100M–$1B companies and own the segment.
• Make ~4 hours of cold calls daily to CFOs, Controllers, and VPs of Finance.
• Book and hold 12–15 qualified meetings monthly and hand off to AE with briefs.
• Follow inbound same day and log notes in HubSpot for a real funnel.
