Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking a Finance Assistant to support our Financial Coordinators in an entry-level role. No prior automotive sales experience is required; training will be provided. This in-person position emphasizes relationships with customers and colleagues.

The role involves preparing lease and purchase documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with lenders to secure funding for transactions. A team-focused, customer-friendly attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Background check including criminal record, drug screen and motor vehicle records.
• Entry-level position; no prior automotive sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Coordinators with lease and purchase transactions.
• Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations.
• Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of pending transactions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager(s).
