Hireology’s automotive Finance Assistant role supports the Finance Director and Managers in a high-volume dealership environment in Dearborn, MI. The position focuses on accurate deal processing, loan coordination, and strict compliance with all applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will excel at multitasking, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining professional appearance while working closely with Sales staff to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience is required or preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchase process.
