Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an entry-level Finance Assistant to support our Financial Coordinators in processing vehicle lease and purchase transactions. This in-person role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong customer relations.

No prior automotive sales experience is required; we provide training and a path to growth within a busy dealership environment. You will work with MS Office, manage documents, and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely funding.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Coordinators with vehicle lease and purchase transactions.
• Complete all legal documents for each transaction per state and federal regulations.
• Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction per regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of pending transactions.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the manager(s).
