• Assist the Finance Coordinators with lease and purchase transactions.
• Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations.

• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of pending transactions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager(s).

Key Required Proficiencies

• Assist the Finance Coordinators with processes involving vehicle lease and purchase transactions


• Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations


• Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations


• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction


• Perform any other related tasks, as assigned by the manager(s)


• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of any pending transactions

Preferred Skills

• Well acquainted with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


• Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights, and weekends


• Ability to multitask.


• Ability to work well in fast pace environment


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
