Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior experience is required; training provided.
• Finance/Accounting/Business background highly favored.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and two Saturdays per month.
• Must be detail oriented with strong accuracy and multi-tasking.
• Intermediate math skills (adding, subtracting, percentages).
• Quick study and eager to learn.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, ethics, and equality.
• Excellent interpersonal communication including verbal and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct “Welcome Calls” confirming lease and payment information, verify contract information, and explain payment methods and GPS.
• Review credit applications, proof of income, and credit report information to determine creditworthiness of applicants.
• Conduct employment verifications and reference checks.
• Review contracts for accuracy, organize documentation and prepare for Underwriter's approval.
• Analyze information, make recommendations, and improve efficiency.
• Use Microsoft Office for maintenance, creation, and daily tasks.
• Answer phones, data entry for record keeping, and providing funding for loans.
• Assist other departments when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
